Our company group’s first wire harness manufacturing plant started operating in Senta in September 2014, and after three years of stable management and high-quality car parts production, we opened our doors in Bečej in the summer of 2017. Following the capacity expansion, with our 1,800 employees at the time, we became one of the most important employers in the region, looking forward to further expansion opportunities.

We achieved significant business results in 2018, and in 2019, within the framework of Flexy Factory innovative organizational model, the project of opening a new production hall in Kikinda began. The new organizational structure contributed to the optimization of the business, thus providing greater flexibility for the client.

We are extremely proud that Tisza Automotive has become a significant and stable employer. The production represents a high standard, using modern technology. Our employees receive comprehensive pre-employment training, and later have the opportunity to advance. The work takes place in an air-conditioned, clean, and tidy hall, and the production process doesn’t have a harmful effect neither on the health of the employees nor on our environment.

Global – knowledge integration and sharing

Our company’s organizational policy, which differs from location to location and monitors local needs, fits harmoniously into the organizational culture of the Tisza Family.

The formation and management of the organizational knowledge base within the company group, i.e. the integration and sharing of knowledge have a special importance in increasing the competitiveness of subsidiaries. Tisza Automotive receives strong company group support mostly in human resource management and organizational development.

 

Local – community building, identity strengthening

We build local organizational cultures in Senta, Bečej and Kikinda that fit into our company culture, maintain the harmony of company policy and collective interests, pay attention to differences, and support local initiatives. We fine-tune the locally developed methods if needed, and then apply them at all our plants. Cooperation and knowledge sharing between our production halls is constant.

Quality relationship with local communities is important to us. We try to fit in and embrace local initiatives. We are proud that – as one of the most important employers in the region – we have an impact on local economic development in all three cities where our factories are located.

Our corporate mission is to create a people-centered workplace in which we support equal opportunities. We also consider it our social responsibility to take social aspects into account, so the employment of people with disabilities is also a priority of ours. By respecting the production rules and maximizing our possibilities, we give a chance for the disabled workers to earn a living from their work.  

In 2016, the Serbian National Employment Service awarded us an award for employing the most disabled employees.

 

Recreative Factory – healthy lifestyle and team spirit

The basis of our company’s success is healthy communication and people who actually cooperate. Tisza Automotive has made the support of recreational exercise one of its HR priorities, as it has a significant impact on improving the quality of life and shaping the community. Organized leisure programs and sporting events bring people together, improve workplace relations and motivate both the individual and the organization.

 

Eco Factory – environmental awareness

One of our primary missions is to protect our environment. We are proud that our production process doesn’t have a harmful effect neither on people nor on our environment. Roll material and waste are collected selectively for recycling. Our company bus routes make our employees’ traveling between their workplace and home easier, and at the same time, it reduces the potential environmental impact. At our events, we use environmentally friendly, degradable materials and buy local handicrafts, also, we reduced the number of printed advertising materials to a minimum. Our employees can manage their cases electronically using our internal online interface called eOffice, which is constantly expanding. We gladly embrace civic actions that promote environmentally conscious living and are happy to participate in them. We know that we still have a lot to do, but we try to leave as small ecological footprint as possible.

Flexy Factory – flexibility

We set up our flexible operating system with the Flexy Factory organizational and business model, which meets the needs of renewable logistics and is favorable for both employees and customers. Production takes place in three cities, in three factories, with nearly two and a half thousand employees. This model ensures stable customer service. The long-term goal of the reorganization started with the opening of the third site is to enable all our employees to work in the factory nearest to their residence.
